Meet the founder. Barbra Carlisle
After a career as a business owner, a HR leader, a manager, trainer and strategist I knew that my purpose was to support leaders to be even more brilliant than they already are.
An EMCC accredited coach, I specialise in supporting new and curious leaders in the non profit sector who want to make a difference, to their own lives, their organisation and society as a whole.
My career has embraced many sectors and fields, including national charities, non governmental organisations, global corporates and niche consultancies.
I bring insight and personal commitment to my training, coaching and strategic advisory work.
